If you submit the inquiry form or email support@xiaoyuelabs.com, we process the contact details, organization, selected service and budget range, message, and related correspondence to evaluate and respond to the request, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary business records. The form stores a salted hash of the network address rather than the raw address. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment details, customer data, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, request protection, bot verification, and database infrastructure. When email delivery is configured, Resend processes the inquiry message to deliver it to our support inbox. These providers act under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention, rights, and contact
Uncontracted inquiry-form records are scheduled for deletion after 180 days.
